Privacy policy

Hippa is built so that there is almost nothing to write here. Everything you put into the app — your check-ins, the moments you spend breathing or tapping, and the kind words you keep — is stored on your phone and nowhere else. There is no account, and no copy on a server we could hand over, lose or be asked for.

What stays on your device

• Your daily check-ins and the mood you chose.
• Breathing, tapping and kind-word moments, including the before and after numbers.
• The kind words you kept, and your settings.

Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also export everything as a CSV, or delete everything from inside the app, under You → Your data.

What we do not do

• No account, no sign-in, no email address required to use the app.
• No analytics or tracking SDK.
• No advertising, and no selling or sharing of your data.

Notifications

Check-in reminders are scheduled locally by your phone at the times you choose. They never leave your device and they are never sent from a server.

Purchases

If you subscribe to Premium, the purchase is handled by Apple or Google, and we use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier and your purchase status. It does not receive your check-ins, your moments or anything you wrote.

Children

Hippa is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
